The Termobox 300, made by the Turkish manufacturer AVATHERM, belongs to the top-loading line — the lid opens from the top rather than the front, which is convenient when the container is placed inside a vehicle or on a trolley while meals travel between a kitchen block and a serving point in a school, kindergarten or hospital.
Internal capacity is 35 litres, with internal dimensions of 53×32.5×20 cm and external dimensions of 62×42×40.5 cm. The door is removable and closes with two moulded sash locks for a secure hold during transport. The interior has special cut-outs at the corners that make it easier and safer to grip and lift out GN containers by hand. The empty unit weighs 6.9 kg (± 200 g).
