The Termobox 660 insulated container from the Turkish manufacturer AVATHERM is a large-capacity, 140-litre unit for transporting baked goods, dough and ice cream between a central production kitchen and educational or healthcare facilities. It loads through a front door with a removable design and a moulded lock, which makes the container easier to service.
Inside, 10 shelf positions are provided for trays sized for standard 60×40 cm baker's sheets, and it also suits trays up to 2.5 cm high. A special insert allows the container to carry ice cream as well, while its enclosed design helps prevent the dough from drying out or forming a skin during transport. The empty container weighs 13.6 kg (± 200 g).
