The Cambro Ultra Pan Carrier UPCS400 (S-Series, without casters) is an insulated carrier for transporting and briefly holding hot or cold food in standard food pans. It is used in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens for moving prepared meals between the kitchen and serving points within a facility.
The carrier is sized for full-size food pans 6–6.5 cm deep. Thick wall insulation combined with a built-in vent maintains the required food temperature for at least 4 hours. Ergonomic, unbreakable molded-in handles allow two people to carry a loaded carrier, and a sturdy nylon latch provides quick, easy access to the contents.
