The Crystal ELEGANTE-56 scoop ice cream display case is an elongated model built for facilities with heavy visitor traffic: central school canteens, hospital buffets and catering units serving children's institutions. An internal volume of 540 L and slots for 13-14 basins allow a wider assortment of flavors to be presented at once.
The design follows the format of the more compact model in the Crystal ELEGANTE line, but with a larger working area: static cooling on R290 refrigerant maintains a temperature of -15 to -22°C, while the reinforced body withstands heavy use throughout the entire working day.
