The GGM Gastro LIAM ESTI12O is a static-cooling ice cream display freezer finished in bright orange, built to set up a dessert counter in the dining halls and buffets of schools, kindergartens and healthcare facilities. The vivid body colour makes the ice cream station stand out among other kitchen equipment, while the static cooling system keeps the product at a stable temperature throughout the working day.
The LIAM-series unit holds 10 Napoli pans in the display area plus another 10 in the reserve compartment underneath — up to 20 five-litre pans in total, so staff can present several flavours at once and top up stock without interrupting service. Interior LED lighting, a stainless-steel worktop and tempered safety glass make the cabinet suitable for daily heavy use in a school canteen, kindergarten buffet or hospital kitchen.
