The GGM Gastro LIAM ESTI12GE ice cream display freezer comes in yellow and is designed for setting up an ice cream service point in the dining halls and buffets of schools, kindergartens and hospitals. The compact static-cooling LIAM-series unit is easy to spot among other kitchen equipment, helping students, patients and visitors find the serving area quickly.
The display holds 10 Napoli pans in the showcase plus another 10 in the reserve compartment below — up to 20 five-litre pans in total. Daily power consumption is 7.1 kWh, which makes it easy to plan the load on a kitchen's electrical system in advance. A branded compressor, automatic defrost, a stainless-steel worktop and interior LED lighting keep the unit running reliably day after day.
