The Bartscher DeliPlus II heated display case (item 305054) is a larger-capacity model for serving lines in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens and other facilities that hand out a high number of hot-dish or bakery portions every day.
The unit's capacity is 160 L, with thermostatically controlled dry heat in the 30–90°C range and a power rating of 1.5 kW. Panoramic glazing with a curved, framed front pane and ceiling LED lighting, switched separately, gives a clear view of the food for customers. A water bowl inside adds air humidity, and loading access is through sliding doors at the rear, on the staff side.
