The Orest VTB-0.8 heated display case is built for short-term holding and display of ready hot items at a service counter — in school and student canteens, hospital buffets and other facilities where a dish needs to stay warm from cooking to serving. Its compact 800 mm length fits even a small service line.
The case has two heated shelves, each with smooth, independent temperature adjustment, so dishes with different heat requirements can be held on the same unit at once. The body is made entirely of stainless steel, which simplifies daily cleaning and meets sanitary requirements for kitchen equipment. The sections are additionally lit with halogen lamps, and removable dividers let staff split shelf space by product type.
