The Orest VTB-0.8-hi heated display case is a version of the VTB-0.8 unit with infrared heating, indicated by the «hi» suffix in the manufacturer's article code. It is built for short-term holding and display of ready hot items at a service counter — in school and student canteens, hospital buffets and other publicly funded catering facilities.
The case has two heated shelves, each with smooth, independent temperature adjustment. The added infrared heating helps maintain the temperature of items on display without drying the product out. The body is made entirely of stainless steel, which simplifies daily cleaning and meets sanitary requirements for kitchen equipment. The sections are lit, and removable dividers let staff split shelf space by product type.
