Orest VTB-1.1 Heated Display Case, 1100 mm

The Orest VTB-1.1 heated display case holds ready hot items warm at the service line of school kitchens, student canteens and hospital buffets, where dishes are prepared ahead of time and served throughout the whole operating period. At 1100 mm, it is longer than the VTB-0.8 model, making it suitable for busier lines that need to display and keep warm a larger number of portions at once.

The case has two heated shelves, each with smooth, independent temperature adjustment, so items with different heat requirements can be held on the same unit at the same time. The body is made entirely of stainless steel, which simplifies daily cleaning and meets sanitary standards for kitchen equipment. The sections are additionally lit with halogen lamps, and removable dividers let staff split shelf space by product type.
