The Orest VTB-1.1-hi heated display case is a version of the VTB-1.1 unit with infrared heating, indicated by the «hi» suffix in the manufacturer's article code. Its extended 1100 mm length makes it well suited to busier service lines — school and student canteens, hospital buffets and other publicly funded catering facilities — where ready hot items need to stay warm throughout the whole serving period.
The case has two heated shelves, each with smooth, independent temperature adjustment. The added infrared heating helps evenly maintain the temperature of items on display without drying the product out. The body is made entirely of stainless steel, which simplifies daily cleaning and meets sanitary requirements for kitchen equipment.
