ROSS Sorrento Т-1,2 Heated Display Case

The ROSS Sorrento Т-1,2 heated display case keeps ready meals hot on the serving line of school, kindergarten and hospital canteens, as well as in deli counters and food courts. This is heating, not cooling, equipment: the useful volume holds a temperature from +30°C to +90°C, letting soups, main courses, side dishes and baked goods stay at the right temperature throughout service.

Ventilation of the display volume creates an even temperature field and prevents steam buildup inside the case, while a water hookup lets the automatics keep a constant water level for the steam bath. A mechanical thermostat maintains temperature up to +90°C, with readings duplicated on an indicator in the display area. The equipment is made by ROSS in Kharkiv, supplied with documentation for tender purchases by budget-funded institutions.
