The EWT INOX SWC-520 cotton candy machine is designed to make fluffy cotton candy for public events, celebrations and canteens in educational institutions — schools and kindergartens — as well as in hospital catering facilities hosting events for children, staff or patients. The unit is compact and simple to operate, so no special staff training is required.
The working part of the machine is a stainless steel bowl 520 mm in diameter, where sugar is spun by centrifugal force and heat into thin threads that form a serving of cotton candy. The heating element is a tubular heater with adjustable temperature, allowing the operator to choose the right setting for a given type of sugar. Preparing one serving takes about 30 seconds, sugar consumption is 15-20 g per serving, and the machine's output reaches 100-200 servings per hour.
