The CAS CXP-200/2 bag sealer is built for fast, airtight closing of polyethylene, polypropylene and PVC bags in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens. It lets kitchen staff portion cereals, spices, semi-finished products and other food items while keeping them fresh and presentable during storage or in the freezer.
The CXP-200 version produces a seal 200 mm long and 2 mm wide — enough for a tight closure on medium-sized bags. The heating element reaches up to 150°C, and welding time is adjustable from 0.5 to 2.5 seconds depending on film thickness (up to 0.5 mm total). The unit runs on a 220V mains supply and draws up to 550W in heating mode.
