The CAS CXP-200/5 bag sealer is designed for school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens that need to quickly and reliably close small polyethylene, polypropylene or PVC bags. The wider seal adds extra bond strength compared with the narrower modifications in the line.
The CXP-200 version produces a seal 200 mm long and 5 mm wide — a compact option for portioning. The heating element reaches 150°C, and welding time is 0.5–2.5 seconds depending on film thickness (up to 0.5 mm total). The unit runs on a 220V mains supply and draws up to 550W in heating mode.
