The CAS CXP-300/2 bag sealer is used in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens for airtight closing of polyethylene, polypropylene and PVC bags. It lets kitchen staff portion cereals, spices and semi-finished products while keeping them fresh during storage in the pantry or a cold room.
The CXP-300 version produces a seal 300 mm long and 2 mm wide — enough for medium and larger bags, which are often used when portioning food for longer storage. The heating element reaches 150°C, and welding time is adjustable from 0.5 to 2.5 seconds depending on film thickness (up to 0.5 mm total). The unit runs on a 220V mains supply and draws up to 750W in heating mode.
