The CAS CXP-300/5 bag sealer is used in the kitchens of educational and healthcare facilities to airtight-close medium-sized polyethylene, polypropylene and PVC bags. The 5 mm seal width adds extra strength to the bond during storage or transport of food supplies.
The CXP-300 version produces a seal 300 mm long and 5 mm wide. Heating temperature reaches 150°C, and welding time is adjustable from 0.5 to 2.5 seconds depending on film thickness (up to 0.5 mm total). The unit runs on a 220V mains supply and draws up to 750W in heating mode.
