The CAS CXP-400/5 bag sealer is the largest modification in the CXP line by both seal length and width, built for school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens with heavier portioning workloads. The unit provides an airtight seal on polyethylene, polypropylene and PVC bags.
The CXP-400 version produces a seal 400 mm long and 5 mm wide — the maximum combination of parameters in the line. The heating element reaches 150°C, and welding time is 0.5–2.5 seconds depending on film thickness (up to 0.5 mm total). The unit runs on a 220V mains supply and draws up to 950W in heating mode.
