The Orved VGP 25 is a chamber vacuum packing machine for gastronorm trays and containers, suited to kitchens at educational and healthcare institutions: school and kindergarten canteens, hospital catering units, and institutional catering facilities. It has a stainless steel body and is mounted on wheels for easy movement around the production room.
The machine works on the chamber principle: a tray or gastronorm container with the product inside a vacuum bag is placed directly in the chamber, air is extracted, and the bag is then sealed. The standard set includes moulds for GN 1/2, GN 1/4 and GN 1/8 trays, with other sizes made to order.

Unlike other models in the VGP line, the VGP 25 runs on a single-phase supply, which simplifies connection in kitchens without three-phase wiring. Chamber packaging is used for portioning semi-finished products and ready meals in gastronorm containers during the daily work of a kitchen.
The set of moulds lets the machine work immediately with GN 1/2, GN 1/4 and GN 1/8 gastronorm formats, making the unit suitable for production areas of educational and healthcare facilities.
