The Lavezzini ELIX is an external vacuum sealer from the Italian manufacturer Lavezzini, part of a line of semi-automatic vacuum packaging machines designed for retail use. The unit packs food by external air extraction: a bag with the product is placed on the sealing bar, the air is removed and the seam is heat-sealed.
The ELIX has an exterior structure made entirely of stainless steel, giving the unit high durability for everyday use. The control panel lets the operator choose an automatic work cycle or a manual mode with three suction levels, and vacuuming can be done in bags or in containers.
