The Apach AVM 308 is a mid-capacity chamber vacuum packaging machine in Apach's AVM line, additionally equipped with a gas flush function. This is important for school, hospital and foodservice kitchens that pack products sensitive to standard vacuuming — baked goods, berries, side dishes.
The stainless steel vacuum chamber is seamless, with a polished finish and rounded corners for easier cleaning. The machine is controlled through a digital panel with 10 programs, the packaging cycle is fully automatic and starts as soon as the lid is closed. The body opens completely, simplifying access to internal components during servicing.
