The Apach AVM 312 is a higher-capacity chamber vacuum packaging machine in Apach's AVM line, designed for intensive daily use in hospital, boarding school and central catering kitchens that vacuum-pack large volumes of food during a shift.
The 12 m³/h pump shortens cycle time compared with the smaller models in the range, while the gas flush function allows correct packing of products sensitive to deformation under vacuum. The stainless steel vacuum chamber is seamless, with a polished finish and rounded corners. Control is via a digital panel with 10 programs, the packaging cycle is fully automatic and starts as soon as the lid is closed, and the body opens completely for servicing internal units.
