The Apach AVM 412 chamber vacuum packaging machine is compact, countertop equipment from the Italian manufacturer Apach for sealing cooked meals, semi-finished products and preparations in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as foodservice operations.
The unit is equipped with a vacuum pump rated at 12 m³/h and a 410 mm sealing bar, allowing bags up to 400 mm wide to be sealed. A gas injection function is available for pressure-sensitive products, and the digital control panel stores 10 packaging programs.
