The Lavezzini Mini Mini is the most compact model in the Italian manufacturer Lavezzini's line of semi-automatic external vacuum sealers, designed for retail use. A bag with the product is placed on the sealing bar, the pump extracts the air, and the seam is then heat-sealed.
Its semi-automatic control panel is built to be as simple as possible for the operator, without additional training.
The external sealing principle means the product does not need to be placed inside a vacuum chamber, as with chamber machines: it is enough to lay the bag on the sealing bar. This keeps the packing process simple for small batches where the throughput of chamber equipment is not required.
