The HURAKAN HKN-VAC260 vacuum chamber sealer is a compact unit for vacuum-packing food products in the kitchens of schools, kindergartens, hospitals and foodservice businesses that need fast, airtight packaging of portioned products.
The body is made of stainless steel, which simplifies wet cleaning after every shift and lets the sealer be placed right next to the sink. The 285×390×50 mm working chamber and 260 mm sealing bar are sized for portioned packing of meat, fish and ready-made blanks. The unit provides a 1 bar vacuum level — near-complete air removal from the bag, important for extended chilled storage. Vacuum pump capacity is 10 m3/h, and the seam width is 15 mm.
