The Apach AVM 420 is the top-capacity chamber vacuum packaging machine in Apach's AVM line, built for large-format bags and substantial production volumes. It suits hospital kitchens, central catering facilities and institutions that vacuum-pack large batches or oversized products.
The sealing beam reaches 410 mm, allowing bags up to 400 mm wide, while the 20 m³/h pump delivers a fast cycle even with regular loading. The gas flush function is used for products that need gentle, deformation-free packing. The stainless steel vacuum chamber is seamless, with a polished finish and rounded corners. Control is via a digital panel with 10 programs, the cycle is fully automatic and starts as soon as the lid is closed, and the body opens completely for access to internal components.
