The Lavezzini SMALL is an external vacuum sealer from the Italian manufacturer Lavezzini and the most compact model in its line of semi-automatic sealers for retail use. The machine works by external air extraction through a sealing bar: a bag with the product is placed on the bar, the pump removes the air and the seam is then heat-sealed.
The SMALL has a body made entirely of stainless steel, which keeps it durable under daily kitchen use. The operator can choose an automatic work cycle or switch to a manual mode with three suction levels; vacuuming works for both bags and containers.
