The HURAKAN HKN-VAC400 vacuum chamber sealer is designed for vacuum-packing food products in the kitchens of schools, kindergartens, hospitals and other institutions that need to extend the shelf life of food and semi-finished products without losing quality.
The unit is fitted with a single 390 mm sealing bar and a working chamber measuring 440×420×70 mm, allowing large portions — whole thighs, fish, prepared-dish blanks — to be packed without folding or overhanging the chamber edge. A vacuum pump with 20 m3/h capacity evacuates air quickly, and the 15 mm seam keeps the bag airtight during refrigerated or frozen storage. The maximum bag width is 390 mm, matching the bar length.
