The HURAKAN HKN-VAC400E chamber vacuum sealer packs semi-finished products, ready meals and portioned items in central kitchens of educational and healthcare facilities, as well as foodservice businesses. Vacuum packing extends shelf life, reduces weight loss during freezing and protects portioned food from air exposure during storage.
The unit has two 390 mm sealing bars and a chamber measuring 440×420×75 mm, large enough to fit sizeable items without folding or overhanging the bag edges. A pump throughput of 20 m³/h clears air from the chamber quickly, while the 10 mm seal width delivers an airtight weld that holds up through storage and transport.
