The CAS ER JR CB counter scale without a display column is used in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens for checking the weight of ingredients during goods receiving, portioning and menu preparation. Its compact body without a separate column makes it easy to fit on a limited kitchen or storeroom worktop.
The unit features a backlit LCD display that stays readable both in a brightly lit room and in a dim storage corner. Power is dual-source — from the mains or from the built-in battery, allowing the scale to be used where a constant power outlet is not available. The platform is made of stainless steel, meeting food-service hygiene requirements and withstanding wet cleaning.
