The CAS CL5000J-IP/R retail scale with a column and thermal label printing is used in the kitchens of educational and healthcare institutions to weigh products while simultaneously printing a label with weight, price and manufacturing date, simplifying internal record-keeping and quality control.
The column with an additional display lets both the operator and the person receiving the goods see the weighing result, while the stainless steel platform withstands the wet cleaning typical of food production areas. Power supply is universal — mains 100–240 V, allowing the scale to be connected in different rooms without extra equipment.
