The CAS PB portable floor scale is designed for receiving and weight-checking bulky loads in storerooms at school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens. Its lightweight design allows the scale to be moved between rooms — storeroom, pantry, unloading area — while a range of four capacities (PB 30, PB 60, PB 150, PB 200) covers everything from small product batches to sacks of grain or vegetables.
An averaging function gives a correct reading even when weighing unstable loads, including liquid-filled containers, and multiple taring makes it possible to build up a combined batch in one package without resetting each time. The indicator is mounted on a cable up to 1 metre long, so it can be detached from the platform and placed where convenient, meaning bulky cargo doesn't block the readout.
