The CAS AD countertop scale line brings South Korean-made weighing equipment to kitchens in schools, kindergartens, hospitals and catering facilities that need accurate ingredient and raw-material weighing. The range spans five capacities — from AD 2.5 to AD 30 — so a facility can match the weighing limit to a specific task: portioning ingredients, checking semi-finished product weight, or receiving small batches of goods.
The weighing platform is made of stainless steel, meeting sanitary requirements for kitchen equipment and resisting corrosion under daily wet cleaning. The vacuum fluorescent display stays legible even in dim rooms, while an averaging function allows correct weighing of unstable loads, including liquid-filled containers. Power comes from the mains, and an RS-232 interface lets the scale connect to a printer or PC for record-keeping.
