The CAS ER Plus E retail scale is designed for weighing goods in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens where mobility matters: it runs on a built-in rechargeable battery with mains charging and has no stand with a secondary display, so it can be easily moved between work areas.
The 304×220 mm platform is made of stainless steel. A double-sided LED display shows weight, unit price and total cost, and battery-only operation lasts around 46 hours, allowing the scale to work through a full shift without a mains connection.
