HURAKAN HKN-CSE400P Single Crepe Maker

The HURAKAN HKN-CSE400P single crepe maker is built for making crepes and pancakes in school and kindergarten canteens, hospital cafes and other foodservice operations where this dish is a permanent menu item rather than an occasional event.

The cooking plate is made of cast iron and set into a stainless steel body. Cast iron heats up slowly, but holds temperature evenly across the whole surface — batter lands on an equally hot plate, so edges do not stay raw and the centre does not burn. Over time the surface develops a natural non-stick layer: this is not a coating that wears off, but a property of the metal that only improves with regular use. The 3.5 kW power rating lets the plate return to working temperature quickly after each crepe, so the unit does not lose pace even under peak load — at breakfast service or bulk serving. Footprint of 490×450×230 mm is compact: the unit fits on a standard worktop or bar counter, and the low height leaves clear space above it. At 18 kg, the unit is heavy but can be repositioned by two people without difficulty when needed. It runs on a standard 220 V mains supply, with no separate power line required.
