The BRILLIS EW001 chafing dish heater is a practical, energy-efficient appliance for maintaining a stable serving temperature in marmites at a professional kitchen. A good alternative to fuel burners for canteens in schools, kindergartens and hospitals, as well as cafes and restaurants where an open flame is not desirable.
The heater has a rectangular metal body and fits BRILLIS-compatible marmites, mounting securely to the bottom of the chafing dish to provide even heating across the whole surface. This keeps prepared food at the right temperature while using electricity economically.
