The Bartscher A150114G multi-frypan is a round non-stick electric pan that can serve as an extra cooking station in a school, kindergarten or hospital kitchen — for potato pancakes, crepes, fish, meat and other pan-cooked dishes.
The cooking surface has an internal diameter of 380 mm, a capacity of 4 L and 40 mm high sides. Thermostatic, stepless temperature control is handled by an electronic rotary knob, and a glass lid is included. The stand-alone electric connection lets the unit be placed wherever it is most convenient in the kitchen.
