The Bartscher A150155 multi-frypan has an increased diameter and non-stick coating, designed for cooking large volumes of food in the kitchens of educational institutions, kindergartens and hospitals.
The cooking surface has an internal diameter of 515 mm, a 10 L capacity and 50 mm high sides. Thermostatic, stepless temperature control is provided by an electronic rotary knob, and the set includes a high-grade steel lid with a glass viewing window that lets staff monitor cooking without lifting it.
