The compact Orest EFPT-45L industrial tilting skillet suits medium-capacity kitchens at schools and kindergartens that need to braise, sauté or fry dishes without installing large-scale equipment. The 45 L bowl is well suited to daily preparation of main courses and side dishes for a group of several dozen children.
The bowl and body are made of stainless steel, with a 6 mm bowl base and 0.29 m² base area. A lifting and tilting mechanism makes pouring out finished dishes convenient, and the 200 mm rear splashback is ventilated. Temperature is adjustable from 50 to 300°C, the lid locks in any position while raised, and wash water is dispensed at the push of a button.
