The Orest EFPT-80L industrial tilting skillet is built for frying, sautéing, braising and boiling large batches of food in the kitchens of hospitals, catering combines and educational facilities running centralized food production. A lifting and tilting mechanism lets staff pour out the finished dish quickly without manually lifting heavy pans.
The bowl is made of 6 mm stainless steel, and the body is fully stainless steel as well. Working bowl capacity is 80 L, with a base area of 0.39 m², and the temperature range spans 50-300°C. The 200 mm rear splashback is ventilated, the lid locks in any position while being raised, and wash water is dispensed at the push of a single button.
