The Orest EFPT-96L industrial tilting braising pan is used for frying, stewing, sautéing vegetables and cooking main dishes in large batches at school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as catering combines. The tilting bowl allows quick discharge of the finished dish without manual transfer.
The pan bowl is made of 6 mm stainless steel, and the body is fully stainless steel as well. The bowl lift-and-tilt mechanism is simple and reliable, while the lid locks in any raised position, which is convenient when loading ingredients. A ventilated 200 mm rear splashback protects the kitchen walls from splashes and steam. Working bowl capacity is 96 L with a bottom area of 0.47 m², and temperature is adjustable from 50 to 300°C.
