The Orest EFPT-A-96L industrial braising pan is a version with an electric actuator that raises and lowers the bowl, cutting physical strain on kitchen staff and speeding up discharge of the finished dish. It is used for frying, stewing and sautéing large batches at school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as catering combines.
The 6 mm bowl and the body are made entirely of stainless steel. Unlike the manually operated EFPT-96L, this version lifts and lowers the bowl via an electric actuator, and the lid locks in any raised position. A ventilated 200 mm rear splashback shields the kitchen walls from splashes and steam. Working capacity is 96 L, bottom area 0.47 m², with temperature adjustable from 50 to 300°C.
