The AIRHOT EF6 twin-tank fryer combines two 6-litre tanks in one housing, allowing different dishes to be fried at the same time or the frying process to be split by product type. The model is built for kitchens with heavier workloads — large school cafeterias, kindergarten catering units, and hospital kitchens.
Each of the two tanks has a built-in thermostat that maintains the set temperature, and a cold zone reduces the buildup of loose breading particles in the oil, extending its usable life. The two heating elements together deliver 4600 W at 220 V. The fryer's design simplifies cleaning and maintenance, and the supply set includes two lids, one per tank.
