The HURAKAN HKN-FT1010N is a double countertop electric fryer for kitchens where deep-frying is one of the core cooking processes. Two independent 10-litre tanks let staff cook two different items at once — for example fries and fish — without mixing odours or oil residue. It suits school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as cafes and canteens with a busy service flow.
Each 10 L tank has its own heating element, temperature control and separate drain tap for used oil. That means the two sections can run at different temperatures at the same time, and oil can be drained from each tank without tilting a heavy vessel, lowering the risk of burns during daily cleaning. Power output is 6 kW, it runs on a 220 V supply, measures 570×470×340 mm and weighs 11 kg.
