The HURAKAN HKN-FT66N is a countertop fryer with two independent 6-liter tanks for frying french fries, meat and fish products, doughnuts and other deep-fried dishes. It suits kitchens of educational and healthcare facilities, cafes and food courts where the menu includes several fried items that need different temperature settings at the same time.
Each of the two tanks is regulated independently — potatoes can be fried at one temperature and chicken items at another, without mixing odors or oil residue between sections.
