The HURAKAN HKN-FT6N is a single countertop fryer with a 6 L tank for frying french fries, doughnuts, chebureki, chicken snacks and other deep-fried dishes. It is the lightest model in the Hurakan countertop fryer lineup, weighing just 4 kg. It suits low-volume kitchens: cafes, canteens of educational institutions, food courts and street food outlets.
