The Beckers FB 4 + 4 electric deep fryer is a twin-tank model from Beckers, designed for frying two batches of food at the same time in school, kindergarten, hospital and other institutional kitchens. Two independent 4-litre oil tanks let staff cook different products simultaneously or keep frying separated by food type, which is useful when preparing large daily volumes of food for collective catering.
The frame, bowls and baskets are made of stainless steel, meeting the requirements for kitchen equipment that must withstand moisture, detergents and regular contact with cooking oil. The bowls are removable, making cleaning and maintenance easier after each shift. A lid is supplied for each tank.
