The Beckers FB 4 electric deep fryer is a compact single-tank model from Beckers, designed for frying food in school, kindergarten, hospital and other institutional kitchens. The 4-litre oil tank is suited for daily preparation of small and medium batches — French fries, fish, battered products and other deep-fried dishes.
The frame, bowl and basket are made of stainless steel, resistant to moisture, detergents and contact with cooking oil. The bowl is removable, making cleaning easier after each shift, and a lid is included for storing the oil between uses.
