The Beckers FR 8 LT electric deep fryer is an 8-litre model from the Italian manufacturer, designed for school, kindergarten, hospital and other institutional kitchens that need to fry large volumes of food during the day. The larger tank capacity allows several portions to be served at once without frequent oil top-ups.
The frame and bowl are made of stainless steel, while the basket is made of nickel-plated metal measuring 215×240×135h mm. The design includes a cold zone at the bottom of the bowl that keeps small food particles and crumbs away from the heating zone, slowing down their burning and extending the oil's usable life. An oil drain tap is provided to simplify oil replacement and equipment maintenance.
