The Apach APFE-47P electric fryer from the 700 series is Italian-made equipment designed for frying in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as foodservice operations.
The model has a single 13 L tank and a closed cabinet with a hinged door; the heating elements run at 9 kW on a 380 V supply. A basket with a lid is included, and the cold zone beneath the heating elements extends oil life by reducing sediment build-up.
